    Jeremy Felstead: Managing Member
    Jeremy started Allen Companies in 1999 after graduating from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Architecture. His 15 years of experience in architecture and construction began in Dallas, Texas where he worked as an architect for Avonlea Inc., designing residential estates. In 2003 Jeremy started the commercial division of Allen Companies and began building projects ranging from small tenant improvements to large vertical commercial projects. Jeremy’s role in Allen Companies continues to be in business development, appropriating contracts, and client relations both past and future. Jeremy is also a member of the Mesa HoHoKam’s organization, donating his time to help in the City of Mesa’s Chicago Cubs Spring Training season as well as local charity events that support the local Mesa Schools District.

    Harvey C. Wood, Jr. (H.C.): Managing Member
    H.C. is a jack of all trades that was born into farming and has become the 4th generation of Wood Farms. He joined Allen Companies as a managing member in 2000 and uses his detail oriented approach and vast skill set to fabricate the imagination and creativity of our clients and design team. His passion for building and creativity has made H.C. an irreplaceable asset to Allen Companies. H.C.’s diligence and attention to details separates an Allen Companies project from the competition.

    Ron Felstead: Project Superintendant
    Ron brings his keen business savvy and property management experience to Allen Companies as a superintendent and brings a “hands on”, level headed approach to project management that is crucial to preserve tight budgets and construction schedules. Along with being a key member of Allen Companies Ron still manages to make an impact in the local community and has served on the YMCA Board, Mesa Senior Center Board, Mesa Fine Arts Board, Mesa Merit System Board, a member of the Mesa Ho Ho Kams since 1979, and has been a key participant in United Fund drives.

    Theodore Peterson: Design Principal
    Ted has a bachelor degree in Architecture from Arizona State University and a Masters degree in Architecture from Southern California Institute of Architecture. He brings 15 years of experience in designing projects across the country ranging from custom homes for celebrities like Leandro Barbosa to sporting venues such as Lincoln Financial Field, home to the Philadelphia Eagles. Ted has also designed local commercial developments such as the Marketplace at DC Ranch and Mesa’s Matta’s Mexican Restaurant to mention a few. He brings a level of design that has been recognized in architectural publications and awards. He joined Allen Companies seven years ago and has helped create a seamless transition between designing and building that has made the process of building with Allen Companies effortless.
